I thought the introduction of some kind of facilitated when using objects. Who among us was not annoyed by the fact that in time (fast-action shortcut belonged stimpaka not having it in hand).
That it was also helpful when you need a chance meeting quickly benefit from cigarettes or other Specifying just before the entrance to the Enco ....
Therefore, my suggestion is to introduce a shortcut by double clicking who enable us to plan to use the item ...

use items= twice click ;)
