You have to set it that you want to save your outcome PMs. Its done via checkbox when you are typing your PM (or at least I believe its there).

Yes, that's one of the things that amaze me the most. All the vault boys are clean and nice, really just as if they were drew by the same guy that did the art for the original Fallout series. Colors work is also really well done. Clean, as you said, and truly impressive for sure.
