Title: Two friends looking for a faction

We are level 2 energy and small guns crafters and are having lots of trouble getting HQ mats.
There is just no way to get them without dying from the hands of high levels.

Looking for a faction if anyone wants us in, both of us from Singapore and being english speaking. My IGN is Kellione and am a regular at Junktown.
We move from NCR to junktown frequently to get some caps.
