how about a Perk at like level 1, to remove Gathering Cooldown....? that would make it pretty sweet :)

I have something better: a perk at lvl 0 that automaticly spawns 1 of each resource every minute in your tent. Don't you think it's even sweeter?

LUL , do you think that this is better ? You can go pvp and in your tent will be automatically added with resources ? OMG !
Better idea will be that you can have perk that is in lvl 6 you must have 10 int , 120 % science , and this perk will decrease you gathering cooldown about 2 minutes , not higher because that will be too much .
