Title: Killed by guards in Den

It happened twice to me already: i'm (a slaver) in Den, near Metzger's place, some guy comes along and attacks me, and the guards/whatever they are, instead of shooting him (or just ignore the fight), they start shooting ME! Huh?
I know the Den is unprotected, but why were they attacking me? (I have good reputation with them)

Is it a bug, exploit, or i'm missing something obvious?

I guess the guy who shot you was a part of the faction which is controlling the town at the moment. That means, that everyone he shoots is getting attacked by the town militia.

A faction X have the town, if a member of this faction attack you all militia attack you. It is not a bug...

If you want to stop that, take people with you and take the control of the town!!!
