5 minutes is a bit much to stay at 10 hp, since the encounters have gotten bigger its a lot easier to die. 3 minutes perhaps?

Wait so at 21 its 210/skill = %chance of shortening weakened?

With my build I get 0.6 as a result at 21, does that mean I have a 1 in 166 chance of it working or a 60% chance?

That means that at 21 lvl, with 300 doctor, you will get only 1.42 percent chance...
So I guess there's a something wrong with that formula...

Obviously 210/10*21 = 1 = 100%.
Probability can't be greater than 1, so if you get 1.42 (142%) from the formula it just means you succeed. Or maybe it's capped at 0.95?

Doesnt the doctor skill take in account Luck? Because it kinda looks like it does, judging on my experience. Am I only experiencing some statistical annommaly?
