Title: Shorten the weakened timer

5 minutes is a bit much to stay at 10 hp, since the encounters have gotten bigger its a lot easier to die. 3 minutes perhaps?

If you have a high enough doctor skill, it should be possible to stop the weakened timer.

The chance is skill/(10*level), give or take few percent points.

Wait so at 21 its 210/skill = %chance of shortening weakened?

With my build I get 0.6 as a result at 21, does that mean I have a 1 in 166 chance of it working or a 60% chance?

The chance is skill/(10*level), give or take few percent points.

That means that at 21 lvl, with 300 doctor, you will get only 1.42 percent chance...
So I guess there's a something wrong with that formula...

Does that sound less confusing now?
Obviously 210/10*21 = 1 = 100%.
Probability can't be greater than 1, so if you get 1.42 (142%) from the formula it just means you succeed. Or maybe it's capped at 0.95?

Now I am confused...

Doesnt the doctor skill take in account Luck? Because it kinda looks like it does, judging on my experience. Am I only experiencing some statistical annommaly?
