and make explode some Dynamite, make shake the screen!
The prize
100 k caps to the person that, following the rules, will make more explosion between the begin of the competition and the end (30 minuts later)
Rules
The goal is not kill people, but make shake the screen, so come in Ncr Bazaar ,
set the timer,
put the explosive to the ground,
and say < your name> make shake NCR this is important for attribuite to you the point
(obviously you will be killed from guards, so I suggest you to create a alt or you will have a loss in your NCR Reputation)
you must be in the field of view of Duna , she usually is to the table near the Iguana Bits
If your bomb kill Duna she will not count this explosion for the competition :P
If Duna is dead (I suppose some people will kill her) you have 50 sec from her death to make explode your bomb
(before the replication time expire), remenber to make it explode in her field of view.
If Duna is not in Ncr Bazaar wait for her return , she is a medic and a guide (two pathfinder), so it will be soon ;)
Saying < your name> make shake NCR when not putting a bomb on the ground for steal the point from others is cheating
and you will lose the opportunity to get the prize
If you have suggestion for rules or other (I 'm not keen with bomber, never used one) you may post here

None at all, if you think this will be annoying other players I may change the location to Hub market, less people there
(or maybe i'm the boss of a gang of thief that need a diversion for a masterstroke robbery in the Heights )

It seems a lot less annoying and a lot more tame than GMs shaking the screen for a full 10 seconds and knocking down every player in the bazaar at the same time.

I wasn't there, but I hope the amount of explosions was well worth the 100K you gave.

Only 7 - 8 explosion, but i was surprised because there's ever people try to looting when somebody is killed by the guard for putting something to the ground,
for somebody looting is a mission, so the fun was worthy (ok ok , my char is pacifist but sometime I love a bloodbath)
I will post some screen I made, but I'm a very poor in this skill, so I have only dead not explosion :'(
