I'm not telling, guess.
Seriously take a wild guess what I'm running...
Edit: Hmm, actually it seems that the window manager I'm using works on overlays, therefore leaves me a bit naked on that screenshot...

Well...
Is it super duper secret government program!?

Hmmmmmnope. I'll give you a hint. It's free but the kernel isn't

I have Win7 and XP on another comp. Ironically, it never had crashed for me on Win7 while on XP it does rarely.
-
Windows XP forever , Vista is sux . Have too much lag :)
-
Windows Vista my ass. Windows XP and Windows 2000 are the best, haven't tried Windows 7 tho. Windows Vista is so much of a bull crap - It crashes FOnline more then Windows 95, it takes 5 minutes for the computer start, even if you have the top-notch video card and other shit, It has EXTREMELY MUCH crashes, freezes and other shit just for no reason.
Oh, I also have Macintosh, but It has some problems with most games, so I preffer Windows.

Windows XP forever
Forever is rather long time you know. Sooner or later you're going to run out of RAM.
Xp here too, btw.
-
Added Linux (as it isnt just "others" ) to the poll. ;)

It is - as "Something else..?" and I have voted...
Anyway it's Arch linux for me.
-
I have every common operating system.
-
Ubuntu is the shizz!!
Not that I... uh... use it.... or anything... ;D
-
The poll should have been made so that you can select more than one. Would have been better than the "more than one system" option.
-
Debian
-
Hmmm...While i was on XP , game crashes too much , now i am running on WIN 7 , and all is great without crashing .
-
Windows 7 64bit and Debian Linux on another PC (7 fps rulz ;D)
-
I have Windows 7 too and XP on my laptop :P

I had Vista and I had no problems or lag. Perhaps the wine is in the old pc or a cluttered hard disk? I have Windows 7 in November last year and I must say... Its great! :)

I have to agree with Harald. My computer just didn't work properly with Windows Vista. Lags, crashes, bad performance and so on. Thank god that 7 is way better.

I prefer and operating system which works right after I installed it, thank you sir...

Running strictly Windows 7 now because my school gave me a few free copies, but back when I had a MacBook, I tried triple booting Ubuntu, OSX, and Vista just to see if I could. Christ that was a god damn nightmare. OSX couldn't run any games, Vista wouldn't run 90% of what I wanted, and my Ubuntu installation somehow fucked up the MBR for Vista. I had to wipe all three, and stuck to just Vista and OSX (which still wasn't much better).

Slackware Linux and Win XP
-
Ubuntu Linux and Windows 7.
-
XP for the life.
But if I should choose something else, then it would be either Linux or W7 but so far its W7>Linux.
-
so far its W7>Linux.
Yes, definitly. Fortunately, I have a lot of free space on the hard drive.

Linux is a bad choice of OS for a gamer, and that won't change in less then a decade I bet.
Anyway I don't want to start any discussion about this, had too many, I use exlusively Linux (well except some software I needed for school stuff which I run in windows xp in virtualbox).

No, Linux is a bad choice of OS for the gamer who has no idea how to use Linux. Sure some games out there have no linux binaries but if you have a good system and proper emulation the gaming world's your oyster!

Still not all games are emulated correctly, some might not run at all, just check Wine App DB. Also the performance is lower of course when it is emulated.
Also there are such detail like no mumble overlay...
I am not putting linux down, it is just there are lot of retards who make false advertisement for it, saying everything is cool and awesome, only to disappoint and screw up the overall image of the OS and the community. Damn, I don't want to have this kind of discussion again and again...

if you want to play at Linux you must buy CrossOver ;) with this app you can launch most apps and games from Windows (Wine is good too both apps are still updating to implement using new games etc...)
-
Using free OS and then buying crossover to launch games that still won't be fully functional anyway. Linux is not for gamers.

Yesterday changed Vista to Windows 7 and i like that speed :D
