Title: Does the fuel cell controller still exists??
Post by: abegade on July 06, 2010, 08:30:57 am: I searched a lot for it, but i NEVER found a car wreck on which i could click, and looking the wiki it seems that i need to found a certain car which i did, but still i can't manipulate it ::) any hints?

anyway this car can be found in certain zones only??? i went trough 50+ urban encounters and still nothing... probably i'm just unlucky

You can find the car near Adytum, i found the first two in about 10-15 times entering the world map, now i tried 20 times and more but i'm not finding anything, so i guess there is a delay or smt like that...

The first two cars i searched were empty, but it's normal since the wiki says that you need to search for about 15 wrecks to find the controller ;)

Post by: philipos on July 06, 2010, 02:27:27 pm: you can find these cars in every urban map (i use to search near NR, the shortest way to sale them ) but yes, they are rare, sometime well defended and the fuel cell controler seems to be very rare then.

Post by: philipos on July 07, 2010, 11:11:31 am: it can (rarely) be out of sight. but of course it certainly depends of your P ;) no need to run everywheer. i never see it in a corner or hidden behind a wall. it's possible to see it from the center of the map.

Just curios, what are the mathmaetics, the odds, the formulas used to decide when and how easy or often cars can be found? Are the odds greater on clearly city maps, or in those black, darkened city zones (where you STILL find building ruins by entering the world map? Do you have to run into somebody or something, or do you just find'em by choosing to randomply where to search?
