Title: Release Server Files

Devs should release server files and all...


BUT..

Don't support custom servers in any way or shape, but get constant updates about what the community is doing with the server files, (eg: bug fixes, tweaks, etc)

The TLA source will be released once TLA and 2238 are finished. That's as close as you're gonna get.
