Can you wait to take to a perk untill lvl6, so I could get x2 more criticals at lvl 6.

No.
More Criticals is a level 6 perk.  You only gain access to it by level 6.
Hypothetically, If you didn't take a perk at level 3, that perk choice wouldn't apply to More Criticals.
Because it is a level 6 perk.

And as Crazy said, you can't save up on perks.  They disappear by your next perk.

And worst, if don't choose a perk before the next, you loose it...

But I think you can, if you took skilled, save your level 4 perk til level 6.

But you'll lose it at level 8 if you haven't taken it by than.
