I read about bringing the briefcase quest to Metzger quest on the wiki...
But it says that if you complete the quest that you will be considered as a slaver.
Does this mean that rangers will attack you, etc etc?
Also, is there any other way to get 120 rep with slavers other than this, if the consequences are that bad?

The point of my question was that I don't want to be considered a slaver/get killed by NPCs and be hated for slaving.

You can buy slaves from slavers then sell the slaves for rep. This way you wont be considered slaver.
I know nothing of Metzger quest.

Will selling the slaves to Vortis count? Or will the rep change be for 'Vortis' Slavers'?
Also, will rangers attack you if you complete the 'Bring Lil' Jesus Mordino's Briefcase to Metzger' quest?

Completing Lil Jesus quest doesnt make you a slaver... to become a slaver, you have to apply for it... just bringing the briefcase to Metzger doesnt make you a slaver automatically...

The Wiki is horribly outdated or something...
Says doing the quest makes you considered a slaver, which is untrue.
Also says you need -190 rep with Raiders to be able to talk to Stoke in The Den, which is also untrue.

It is not untrue. It says that (some) people will consider you as a slaver. I asked about that on IRC and GM told me that some merchants in Klamath will not talk to me after completing the quest.
Btw, being a slaver does not automatically mean that NCR Rangers will kill you. If you become a slaver and then wait to reputation raise to -200, you should be ok.
