Or once you get the money, you can even buy a Faction base (http://www.fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Faction_base).

If you meant, a place to store it while you try to gather 10 hides to make a tent, I advise you to choose to left your stuff in several places, behind walls and in locations where nobody goes.

Dunno when it was updated last time, but keep in mind that after last ninja-update some encounters was changed.

It is pretty good. A few locations might be wrong, but most of them are pretty accurate. I've checked over a lot of the spots.
Edit: But yeah, once a location is added to it, it is hard to prove yourself wrong because you might just have bad luck in finding the location again.

The places I checked (few days ago) were same like on FEF but I didn't try all of them.
