I was in a random encounter with some radacorpions with my recently aquired desert eagle and thought I had it down. I entered in turn base and started killing scorpions when a faggot named Tralalala entered my encounter (I don't know how) he killed me and the remaining radacorpions during the scorpions turn, I had no chance of fighting or running because it wasn't my "turn" this kid obviously wasn't in turnbased tho. WTF?

What's your sequence? I guess not more than 20. If he got 30 sequence and you got 20 he has 2 turns while you got one, that means he will get his turn faster than you.

You are probably mistaken. Are you saying he was shooting you WHILE the scorpions were moving? Because I can't see that as a possibility.
Also, he entered your encounter by chance.
