Ah but if I had gotten the encounter my timeline of events would have changed completely possibly making it where i do not get that encounter.

Think about it ;D.

Only with the choices you make outside of your daily life can your time's events be changed. Along with other's.

And that is every second of the day.

I'm saying that if I had stayed I would have more than likely done something different between then and now causing me to possibly not get the second one :P.

He was playing as "139" and now "149", but are you asking that because only one special encounter per character, like if your character got a special encounter, you can't get that special encounter again?
