All the spots to get e parts are along the southern border of the map with no options for players in the north.

Agreed, There should be an Abandoned Computer up North.
A Car Factory Maybe?

There's a computer at the themepark SE of Gecko.

Nope that's chem components and the themepark is way out by ares.

hell junkyard and mariposa are right next to each other, just move junkyard up by den

It's good that not everything is available everywhere. It's already way to easy to get high tech items, so what's the problem in traveling a few squares to the south to get electronic parts?

because if you're EW everything takes e parts, even the laser pistol and all the e parts are in med-high lvl areas.

I totally agree with Winston Wolf here.
If you want old computers everywhere so that you don't have to travel at least a bit to gather all your resources needed,
why not ask the devs right away for implementing a nuka-cola machine sized automatic minigun dispenser at the ncr entrance, roachor?

*facepalm* it's the only lvl 1 resource that isn't available across the entire map and if you're in the north you can't make lvl 1 guns and you can't get ew from encounters.

The Wasteland is Tuff, But it Should be Fair with what ya Gather
