Title: NPC factions and rep

In some cases doesn't being in a faction override your rep with another faction? Like lets say I'm a vc citizen, even if my rep with unity was +400 would they still attack me because I'm vc?

It works the opposite way too, whether it is a bug or not is one thing, but if you are Hated or Antipathy with Vault City, but you are a VC citizen, caravans won't attack you.

The wiki is outdated. Factions attack based on rep now.

Wiki updated ("Drawbacks" part on each NPC-driven faction has, by then, been removed).

So if I'm a slaver, Remnants and all that shouldn't attack me if I am Neutral?
