Title: Easier Hunting Rifles

I find it very annoying that crafting .223 ammo requires not only the level 2 small guns profession, but also high quality gunpowder.  It makes the Hunting Rifle nearly pointless a something one can craft at level 1 small guns.  You won't be able to craft it one single bullet of ammunition for it unless you can get into the unguarded mines, get high quality minerals, craft 'em, etc.  To make matters worse, since it is such a highly important ammo type, NO VENDORS SELL IT.  It's bought up quickly, and is far to much of a chore to craft to make selling it worth the trouble.

To make this situation somewhat better, why not just NOT have .223 FMJ require High Quality Gunpowder.  That way aspiring craftsmen and -women can actually have some ammo when they go hunting.
