They're just getting old in the bottom of my tent inventory anyways :P.

You can try to buy mentats in places like NCR, but if you are looking for NPCs, the people that supply them are the central shop in New Reno, and the shop at the bar and the doctor's office in Vault City.

this guy needed mentats to get his armour lvl 3 at enclave... got a set, used it, yet still couldnt get into the enclave... wierd eh
