Title: Simple Request: Flash window on arrival.

There are already many events in which the client flashes.  But not when you're travelling and finally reach your destination.  This should be added, and shouldn't be more than a line or so of code.

So when I'm chatting and Alt-Tab away from my game when travelling, I know when I've arrived!

Also, a flash when a leader that you've tag leave map and when follow window appear!

Theres a few more instances that need flashes, yes.  It's probably one line of code per, too
