HP: Just wondering, I pretty much hate that after a powerful fight I have 5 hp left... 1 bullet, 1 enemy, 1 miss and I'm a dead man... PERFECT SHOT IN THE HEAD! Level up, great! but it just doesn't give me much of bonus as I still have 5 hp and I need to return to my base to get back in the fight, not even talking about that I might be shot on the way to base. This is also implented in most rpgs/mmorpgs, should do good for Fonline too I guess.
Cooldowns: After crafting a whole lot of stuff, I need just a lil bit exp for a level, Yay, I killed a radscorp, got a level up, now I can craft again, heal myself, and be ready to fight again in no time :)

Seriously tho, the cooldowns, I agree with.

lol i like the idea of gaining some hp or full health but no refreshing the cooldowns lol

Well then maybe level up restores 50% of max health?

i'd say that it should restore up to 25% health if you are below the 25% mark (yellow health people) and reduce the cooldowns by 75% of their current value, that way you won't get back in the fight directly and your cooldowns won't really go down too much, however comfortable that may be...

I think your current HP should raise the same ammount as your Maximum HP i.e 15/30HP --> 21/36HP
