Title: Followers with radio and same radio channel follow orders out of PE range.

Make it where if you give your follower a radio on the same channel as the radio in your hand you don't need to see the mercenary or slave to give them commands.  

ex. *Mercenary on other side of wall, he has radio, and you give move to command, he obeys.*'

But idk how hard this would be to implement sooo  ::)?
