Since I'm a leader Good Natured will help out with healing party members, and since they'll be fighting most time, I don't REALLY need the extra combat points.
2 LCK cus im not a combat build but I don't wanna fail too often.
4 Strength cus it too is a burster.
9 charisma cus it'll be a leader char.
7 PE so I can command my forces decently well.
Perks I intend to take:
+1 Agility
Bonus Rate of Fire
Awareness
one lifegiver
Living Anatomy
And magnetic Personality
Educated
So basically I will be able to burst 3 times as long as the weapon would default be 5 action points e.g. P90.
Any comments, suggestions?
And while we're at it why don't we add a character rating thread for everyone to post in for opinions instead of spamming in other subjects to get them.

horrible build. Sorry man, don't take uneven SPECIAL stats. Especially the 9 charisma.

Only PE is uneven.... and all your really said is it sucks but if thats the only reason it must not be THAT bad >.>.
And umm... yeah 9 Charisma is a must if I'm going to be a Leader build of which you obviously are oblivious of..

oh sorry about that, I guess it's just the way of these forums.
I would recommend dropping luck to 1 and raising charisma to 10.
As someone once posted: Either take 1, 6 or 10 luck, don't bother with anything else.
And no I'm not oblivious lol, I ment the UNEVEN 9 charisma. not the 9 charisma in general.

Charisma at 10 is waste of point because you only need 9 and magnetic personality for the max amount of followers... Well you can have 10 charisma and magnetic and you'd get same result but might as well save a point.

Well, atleast at old "critical fails table" or whatever it is, with 1LK you have chance within all bad effects, with >1 LK (for example 2) you're lack of one or some bad effects, so 2 LK isn't a waste.

Magnetic personality with 9 CH works like 11 CH, so you can have 5 NPC followers.

wrong, 9-10 both give you 4 slots, having 10 precludes getting mag pers. so you are stuck at 4. with 9 you get 4+1.

oh and try out your char with Opera's charater planner : with 6 intelligence, you might not be able to get FA to a decent lvl if you want for example 200% SG and 200% outdoors. I don't remember how much SG you need to get 95% hit chance at night at 25hex (P90).
Moreover i read that BG burst loses hit chance with each bullet in a burst, so they need as much BG as they can, i dont know if this applies to SG.
yea im just surprised at the lack of Pathfinder in a leader char.

Thanks for all the feedback. To comment on some posts.
I don't need toughness because i'm a leader character my Soldiers will be the muscle ;D.
I intend this build to be more pvp oriented so no, no pathfinder.
6 INT is of course for those special perks for combat :P.
But overall on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate my character? I need to know if its worth creating and working on.

Hmm, i noticed one little thing. You have the BROF added as a perk but wiki says it needs 7 AG minimum and you have 6.
