Title: NameColorizing and notice an encounter

When you notice an encounter and have the choice to avoid it, you see the nicknames of players in this encounter painted by NameColorizing.txt

One line in NameColorizing and awareness will be useless on worldmap again.

I think Sinepiz' suggestion is only for people who have the perk awerness, for others they still see "and a wastelander" in green.
In that case, it's not a bad suggestion, if we can see the nickname in "choice windows" we can see them in color as we will see them in cities instead of red.

Sorry for offtopic but how does awareness work now on the worldmap? I see nicks in red, dunno what does it mean
