Title: Lower the perception of LA raiders

those whit assault rifle can shool like snipers,and they are powerfull to, decreas there perception to 4-3

LA=Leather Armor:those whit assault rifles,i mean i was far whit a 8 PE caracter and he killed me

Yep, misfortune when I encounter them :D And always a long friggin burst goes through my back... :S

i do not agree with that, sometimes i even kill them with my unarmed character without any armor, they arent that strong if you fight them back, but yes if you run they probably catch you.
