Title: tent improvements. and myinfo

add coordinates of the tent into holder ~myinfo-report

and make tent visible to all who have ever visited.
 and invisible in the fatal case of for the visitor

bad sugestion, poor guys will have to recreate new tent each time someone follow them, and for noobs tent creating is hardest thing, wasteland is harsh for them even now :>

If you want mates to see your tent just bring them along when you create it and they'll be able to see it.

Tent coords visible in ~myinfo after update, other points rejected.
