Title: Perk Help

I'm leveling an unarmed char and I need some help on deciding perks.

These are my stats: 6 STR, 1 PE, 10 END, 1 CHA, 5 INT, 8 AGI, 10 LCK.

Traits: Small Frame, Finesse

These are the perks lists I cant decide between

3: toughness (1)
6: bonus hth damage (1))
9: bonus hth damage (2)
12: action boy
15: bonus hth attacks
18: toughness (2)
21: living anatomy

and

3: toughness (1)
6: bonus hth damage (1)
9: toughness (2)
12: life giver
15: life giver
18: bonus hth attacks
21: action boy

P.S

Please don't comment on my SPECIAL stats, I just need some help with the perks.
Like the pro's and cons between them.

Also, feel free to recommend me other perks. These are justs the builds I've been thinking of.

living anatomy is better than 2nd lifegiver, that extra 5 per hit no matter what adds up.

I had almost the same percs about 4 months ago on my HtH char. It was terrible. I did 0 dmg all the time against Combat Armor guys.
You have to take More Crits 2-3 times instead of Bonus HtH damage.

Even with finesse? I dont think thats neccesary. with 20 crit rate I pretty much crit on eyes all the time.
