Can someone explain me how does exactly this perk works?what a formula of fail?
fail mulitplies when there are several players in location?

If an enemy misses, there is a 50% chance that they will critically miss. Same goes for you.
2b. If the attack was a miss:
There’s a possibility of upgrading it to a critical miss, just as with the hits, and it equals
Trunc ((RND − TOHIT )/10)%.
The reason for RND and TOHIT being in a reverse order is of course that of TOHIT − RND being
negative in this case. If the hit fails to upgrade but the ATTACKER is under the Jinxed effect (obtained
from either the trait or the perk given by the pariah dog - their effects don’t stack) there’s a 50% chance for
the miss being upgraded to a one critical anyway.

And more luck, less critical will be the critical failure :D
I mean, with 10 luck you probaly will only drop your weapon to the ground.
-
The bad thing is, enemies actually have to miss for it to take effect.
So fighting enemies who rarely miss will be more negative for you than it is for them.
It's best used on enemies who miss alot.

i have a thief character, she isnt a combat character, so jinxed is useful for her)

10 luck the only thing you can get is critically miss and lose a turn

I played around with 10 luck jinxed char a bit and i did atleast drop my weapon and lose ammo.

Did you have enough skill points/str for that weapon? Otherwise they changed the jinxed formula.
-
Armed = Skip a turn/ drop your weapon
Unarmed = Lose a turn.
That's my experience with jinxed.

Anything can happen whether you have 1 Luck or 10. With 10 luck it is just really bad (good for you) chance.

actually no it's like the crit table, there's 6 possible outcomes. With 1 luck you can only get the worst ones like exploding weapon or cripple yourself, with 10 luck you can just get the "best" critical fail which is lose a turn.

Heh, my char has 2 luck and had a 60% det assault rifle, I lost all my ammo, next round lost a turn, and in next round I dropped the weapon even without jinxed ;D

having too low skill/str is pretty bad

Strength was 7, AR needs 6 or 5 if not less.
I had about 150 SG skill, that should be enough and I always had 95% of hit in any range.
Man good, that was just dumb homesteader :)

Is rare, but can happens that your weapon explodes even without jinxed.
