Title: Random topic of no importance to future gameplay and mechanics

A couple of pals and I decided to hit up the scavenger camp near Adytum. They are very weak and carry sniper rifles and 10mm subs, we thought it would be profitable in the end. Had 1 guy hold up the door while we shot from inside. Good stuff.

Anyway when we cleaned out the place not one guard could be looted! Where is the realism you can't loot dead bodies or steal from guards in cities?

These are permanent areas.

Too reliable for farming.

Where is the realism you can block entrance and guards don't attack you! You tried to exploit weak AI, stop complaining that you failed.
Maybe if players could have only one account with one life guards could be lootable.

JovankaB, bullshit, even if he killed them normal way without exploiting weak AI - he still wouldn't be able to loot them.
Exploiting AIs and looting dead bodies have no connection.

unlootable guards are a good function, prevents groups of armed people perma raiding NCR for bozars and such for example.
Only thing i dislike is the looting guards/townspeople, shot some thief and some junktown citizen near it looted the corpse, and doubt i could
shoot the 2nd thief without having all guards on my arse

Before the last wipe, while the closed test, it was possible to loot the guards. This was dropped short before the update then, because the ai is not strong enough, to defend themself from players. And if players know that guards are dropping bozars, g11 or other weapons, it's pretty obvious, that players will try to farm them as often as possible, because it's the most easiest way to get such items.

So what FOnline is, you can be a raider but NOT really. That's realism. That's Fallout.

You can be a raider to other players, like everyone is anyway.

NOT exploiting weak AI is a sin in a beta-test because until it is improved to the point that they are not exploited is how you will know when you are finished with that part of the game and can move on.  Making gaurds unlootable, a good solution, but only temporary, because if you can't be a raider to towns how IS this fallout?  When the AI can defend themselves make the gaurds lootable but until then I guess we'll just have to wait.  But I am glad you made citizens in other cities lootable, like in Den [insert devil smiley].  So it isn't all bad, just not in gaurded towns.  Oh, and you can loot anything but the militia at den even the gaurds in shops are lootable.  Just explore a little.

Agree with Michaelh139. I'm suggesting to make them lootable after you improve the AI.

They can be lootable as soon as they can ruthlessly crush almost all player efforts to kill them. At which point its a moot point if they can be looted or not.

I find it unlikely that that massive task will be moved to the head of the queue simply so that guards can be lootable (which is thoroughly unimportant).

I don't really care about them being lootable in general tbh....  I just hate how easily they are killed and how "unrealistic" it is that you can't.

Although the first complaint has been improved so don't mind that too much ;D.

fuck, people, you seem not to understand one thing.

every thinking from northern players are a lot harder enemy, than any boss in fallout series.
cant you fuckin understand that powerbuild is close to god, in terms of fighting?
get fuckin army of fallout bosses fighting city guards in 2:1 ratio - and fuckin think before you complain about PvE anymore.

there is no enemy, which could handle players right now.
we seriously need 6m high mutated walking pwn implemented ;p

"Random, but not" sounds funny, but is not actually helpfull when it comes to determine the threads topic.
