Title: Jumping off the train

I'd like to suggest to be able to leave the Conductor's party, just in case if you ride past a interesting location, like Waterworks, Broken Hills or your sweet home.

Crippling your legs for jumping off of a trains sounds like a great idea. Maybe if you are really unlucky you fall onto a rock and blind yourself. A luck roll sounds okay to me.

i can jump from a speeding train whitout been hurt,is easy

The trains seem to make short stops on the route.
You should be able to jump off there without any injury.
If you do it on the way when the train is at full speed, not only could you break your limbs but also your neck resulting in death.
A luck roll sounds nice, but in this case agility, strength, endurance, weight of goods carried and perhaps most importantly the armor you're wearing could also play a role.
In case of jumping off a speeding train while having mercs or slaves with them, you could get 1 or more of them killed.
