At this moment i am experimenting with almost non-combat chars. So im not into:
- hp - no END needed
- SG, BG, EW - (hth 2) - so "Good Natured" comes into play
- using rifles, guns and stuff - almost no str needed, and i dont need action points
As far as i see this char its
STR - 3 (to be able to defend myself with plasma nades)
END - 1
PE - 1 (i cant throw my grenade far, so i dont need to look around)
CH - 10 (for quests and just beeing a good person)
INT - 10 (for points and stuff)
AG - dont know yet, but mb 5 or 4 in enought - its not a thieve or smtng
LUCK-10 - just to be a really lucky one

May be Jinxed?
TAGGED SKILLS
Throwing
First Aid
Science
I'd really like to know if u have any exp with non conbatants. i expect big problems with exping after lvl 5-6.
And i will app. any help ingame

But its fate is doomed already. If you can't defend yourself in the wasteland somehow, you're dead.

well
non combatant means that i dont have any intention to kill and bla bla. but i dont like the idea of being doomed, so i want to hold a plasma nade in my sweating hands. just in case.
in dont mean alting here. This is a char for actually playing the game. In wide spread terms u can say that it will be my MAIN

I have a true pacifist alt, st 1, ag 1, end 6 (you need hit for make enemy waste some bullets) luck, perc 6 (to see some of the enemy), int and cha 10, obviously good natured.
You get xp with quest , crafting, outdoor (avoid encounter), you get xp healing (doc and First Aid) other people too, open your free hospital for people in need at NCR bazaar.
This char was first a taxi then the merchant for a gang (a machine for make money selling healing powder or rotgut to SF Merchant) and now a lvl 3 medic too.
(200 outdoor, 200 barter, 210 medicine, 160 first aid, you don't need any fighting perk , so you can take survivalist, medic, etc...)
Is easy earn xp if you know the ropes...
Whit ch 10 you can bring destruction with some mercs in RT.

Trained on crafting and outdoorsman. With 3rd lvl of profession gaining XP got a boost because of making BA's.
Only mistake I've made - tag on Science instead of Barter.
Non-combat doesn't mean "retarded" :>
