Title: Scroll buttons on global world map near sicies list

Played a moment on my laptop where i got a touchpad, i was forced to run 800x600 due to screen limit.

I have noticed that when i enter global world map I cannot use the list of citied on right, because it was not scrolling. This may be an issue with the tablet not properly simualting mouse.
I would suggest adding scroll icons to be able to scroll the list.

*facepalm* i thought is some background texture, looks like battery saving and thus decreasing dim light made it had to notice.
