well,if the male caracters can have long hair,why don't the female caracters can have green short hair,know what i am saying?

Then you'll need to wear only leather jacket and use SMGs, spears and knives, and hand-to-hand, oh, and grenades.

They can't, because the set of green hair isn't available. It will be in the future, when the 3D era will come. If you want to create it before 3D era, in 2D, you can paint ~10k pictures by hand.
