Title: Big Guns

I Have found Jacob in Hub but i can't talk to him about training big gus. I realise that i have low char but others can teach me every other proffesion and he wont. Why is so? Eldirge is to a trader and can teach and why Jacob can't?

Because he will probably only talk to people whose charisma is 3 or better.

yes,he is a trader too,you can't talk to traders if you have CH<3
