Title: The best Big Gun Character build?

I've been wondering for a while now, what is TEH BEST Big Gunner build in the game?  I mean, people will have their opinions ofc, but I want the straight up facts on this.  What are the stats, skill, traits, perks, that make the BEST Big gunner?

There is no "The best", just a build which fits your fighting style the best.
Just please search the forum for several good, but different BG builds.
