Title: Better crit perk

might sound like a noob question but does the better critical perk increases the chance to cripple as well?

It increases your roll at critical effect. So it only increases your chances to make cripple-roll crit, but everything else depends on victim, if he has alot EN, then it's harder to cripple his limb.
