Title: HQ material only for level 3 weapons

I suggest making High Quality materials needed only for level 3 crafting weapons/ammo.

Without HQ requirements:

Miniguns are available for basically free, valued at 7 000, and would surely flood the market.
Dynamite would be real easy to make, and sucide bombings would increase 100 fold.

It's a bad suggestion with little to no thought put into it.

It would be nice if people offered some rationale for their suggestions AND had their facts right. Actually, I'd love to see it being one of the board rules - and enforced RELIGIOUSLY.

As far as this one is concerned - no point, besides the HQ materials are easy to get anyway. Just learn to play ::)

I agree with Nice_Boat. As it has been written several times, arm yourself, go there with friends to mine HQ stuff etc.
Also this HQ material for only tier 3 stuff has been already talked about.
