BTW on the topics on dogs, how strong are the dog mercs in junk town? i heard they were 45hp, but my friend said it was only 15hp, and how effective are they against pk'ers? (RT)

They have 15 hp, and aren't exactly well armored, i'd say, as strong as a rat/pigrat. might just waste a burst or 2, or a sniper bullet. but that's it.
