Title: Abandoned Bunker Quest Fulfillment

Ok, we were sent to lurk for some ghoul-pal in Necropolis. But there doesn't seem to be any adequate ghouls. There aren't any speaking. No dead-ones though. Wtf are we doing wrong?

1- Were you sent there by some walkthrough here or on wiki/IRC, or did you complete other steps of the quest before ? If it was a walkthrough, just complete other steps before going to Necropolis.

2- You need (One player, not the entire party) to talk to several ghouls and ask them a question about the quest before you find the right one.

I did all earlier steps of this quest and when i get in necropolis i cant find the right ghoul they say he is in watershad but i cant find anything else then rats.. any tips?

During some time, GM removed ghouls of necropolis, and you had to requesthelp to make them spawn the ghoul for the quest. I don't go in necropolis often, so maybe it's still the case?

Yes, Wally is alive and well, in Necropolis watershed. I suggest checking every corner of buildings.

......... trust him check EVERY CORNER he is really hard to find but worth it.
