Title: Joining Faction Q's

So, as I understand it, there are Human factions and some NPC factions that you can join. My question is, are the NCR Rangers a joinable faction?

Where can I find a list of NPC factions that are joinable?

http://www.fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Factions all npc factions could be joined, also mordinos and slavers too.

ncr rangers are not joinable faction.

Right on man thanks. Hopefully in the future the NCR Rangers will be joinable.
