Post by: Bartosz on May 12, 2010, 11:07:23 am
Hello,

Time to beg some more of your generosity - we need 60 euro more till the end of the month, so we can pay again and be safe for the summer time:)

Did some cleanup here, it seems people just are not able to understand the money are for the server machine to be paid and have nothing to do with development process, nor with GMs, nor with other players behavior, nor with overall quality of the game.

Donated.

Now would you please just answer me, why the client froze the system when running XP?
A "Sorry, we don't know" would suffice.

Just ignoring my topic then made me a little annoyed.

Ok, we can take it here then. We don't know. The guilty may be the client or it might be graphical drivers or some nasty combination.

Also, as Cvet is currently the sole developer of the client core, only he would know why it froze, that is, if the problem lies in the client, but I doubt that it's trivial to find out without a dump file (and it might prove hard even without a dump file, as it doesn't always contain enough information to locate the issue)

I'd donate but the paypal page is all in some foreign language. If you can change that so it's in English I'll be more than happy to make a donation. ;)

Found a way to do it, Change it to australia, on the language, then switch it to UK. :) Hopefully this will get you somewhere.

For this, I'm deeply grateful, Mr. Ghosthack.

Well, I was waiting for the end of this period to summarize it like I did last time, but for now I can say you did well and we're already secured.

OK, so if we started talking about it then I will summarize it now:

We've paid rent for next 3 months, and we're left with 124 euro which will be spent on alcohol will patiently wait till the end of next period.

Ah just cut the crap. We know all about your masterplan. But taking over Bethe$da will not reverse the damage done by Fallout 3.
