Title: Finnish topic?

there are lot's of finnish players (includes me) and we need to place to talk.
so it's this possible?

How much are "there are lots"?
If you're not only 3-4 people and have a guy taking the responsibility in moderating it, PM one of the Site Admins and ask about a subforum. ;)

why we need 3-4 moderators? other sub-forums have only 1 or 2 maybe..?

He didn't say there needs to be 3 - 4 moderators.

Anyway, there are something like +25 finns playing FOnline. Only few registered at forums, I think. So, no need for a subforum yet IMO.

Yeah, just as Opera said, we do not need a sub-forum yet.
