Title: High Quality Minerals and Ore

I went to both Redding and Gecko's unguarded mines...and i mined...but all i got were regular minerals and ore...how do i get the high quality stuff?

Hi! Try Broken Hills, there you find HQ stuff. But the mine is inside the town, not a mining site like in NCR or other cities.

you have to look and search, not all mines are HQ

Not every rock in there gives HQ.

May be later. Right now there are some guys with miniguns, you can ask them they wont kill you untill you dig anyway.

trial and error my friend, HQ is in gecko mines, redding and broken hills you just have to try several rock patches till you find the right one, thats how I found them myself.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure the Gecko HQ ore is in a different spot (In the back) than the Broken Hills mine (In the front).

He meant that it don't change it's position, so if you found which of rocks give you HQ ore/mineral, next time you'll run directly there, without wasting time on searching.
