Why the brotherhood don't have workbench or workbench with adittional tools?

don't any sense, becouse the bos is high in tecnology that the raiders

right?

the devs haven't had time to work on the BOS yet, there are more important things that fixing up a faction.

im with this idea too, since loners big gunners are in bos they have no convenient way to craft 7.62 mm ammo for m60 :>
