Title: Abandon Bunker quest junktown?

Hi, it seems i cannot talk to the scout in junktown, he tells me that he can chat if i bring him a beer, but even when i have a beer in my inventory there is no new dialog options?? is this the wrong guy or is it charisma related or what is it?? ... a bug?

You need 5 caps to buy him a beer. Then he will talk with you.

i had five bucks before and he dident talk to me, i have 5 charisma, i went to him on my alt though who had 10 Charisma, and it gave him the option to give him a drink

thats odd i have 5 charisma and when i had 5 caps i was able to talk to him..

realy? hmm, i'll try again, maybe i remeber doing it wrong, i remeber trying to BRING the beer to him lolz
