Why did devs change it so that we had to have Xander roots AND Broc flowers in order to make weak healing powders?

Xander root and Broc flower are standard healing powder ingredients I dont know what you even.

yep, self patching without FA has once again become a pain in the ass.

Did they fix they change something? Last time I used weak healing powder I had to wait 18 minutes to get my PE back.
