Title: Char for a gauss pistol, need your help to plan.

I'm planning to play a char shooting like a Clint Eastwood  ;D
So my choice is gauss pistol, but I dunno how to get together all this stuff properly, please help ;)

Str - 4
Per - 6
End - 8
Cha - 1
Int - 6
Ag - 10
Lk - 5

Traits:
One hander
Fast shot

Small Guns - 201%
Sneak - 169%
Outdoorsman - 102%

Perks:
Awareness
Silent Running
Dodger
Lifegiver
Bonus rate of fire
Gain perception
Sharpshooter

195 HP
Armor class - 15
Action points 10

 ???

I can shoot 5 times in a row (10 AP / 2 AP for 1 shot, with a Jet it would be 6 times).
But what else?

I've seen some vendors offer gauss pistol for a 30k price... I thought it is in game...  :-X

Yeah, some NPCs sell this weapon, but your problem will be ammo.

What is the best one-handed weapon in the game ATM?
What build should I use for it?

.223 Pistol ? HK P90c ?

.223 could be imba, but 5 ap single shot...

223 pistol is good with fast shot and BROF because its 3 ap for each shot.
P90 is also good because with fast shot and BROF its 3 ap per burst.

I see 1 horrible mistake, 5 luck.
Either take 6 luck, 10 luck, or 1 luck.

I agree for 6 or 10, but every value <5 is ok.
I don't think with 3 or 4 of LCK you will fail everytime like with 1.

if you really want a small gunner...
Make it a pure sniper or pure tank with p90...

Tank =

Small frame
fast shot

4 st for the weapon
6 PE 2x sig 2x jet = 10 pe but you will not be able to shoot so far anyway Singe range = 30 burst what u mostly will shoot = 25 range...
10 EN max hp ofc since it will be a tank
1 CH why need more for a pvp/PVE
6 no need to explain i think ;)
8 2x nuka cola = 10 ag :)
6 for BRD... you should pick 2x bonus range BRD (for the burst dmg)
also 2x live giver
1x BROF
2x toughness

for a tank this might be one of the best builds...

for sniper there are many ways...  but dont take fast shot if you will shoot singe shots...
