Title: Little Jesus Mordino's Briefcase Quest

The wiki says that you need 4 CH or 4 IN to talk to him. I have 1 CH and 6 IN, but he tells me to fuck off for being too ugly.

Are the requirements different or is the quest bugged?

There is no "or", there is only "and". You need at least 4 intelligence and 3 charisma.

You need 4 CH or 4 IN to get the quest.
So with 4 CH, 1 IN you will get it. But you also need 3 CH to speak to him at all. So wiki should say "This quest requires minimum 3 CH and 4 IN, or 4 CH."

so if you have CH4 you can have IN1 to get the quest. I don't think there are many people want to have IN below 4 though.

The wiki reads:

"Prerequisite: at least 4 in charisma OR intellect"

and is wrong.

I don't know the IN requirement, but the CH requirement is 3.

The requirement to talk to most people is 3 CH. So to get the quest you can have only 1 CH, but to take the quest you need to talk to him, which requires 3 CH.
