Don't know if this is possible, but being able to tag players green or red such as /tag "name" green while they are offline or anywhere in the game would be great. This would be excellent for factions, alliances, and their alts.

i would like if you could write "~tag blabla" to tag blabla and follow him into world map, since sometimes its difficult to do that with mouse :D

I think such things like party/trade/tag should be accessible through hotkeys or simply in some other menu than just "click+hold". It will add some flexibility to the game. I mean when you want to trade then its nightmare. Come close, stand in good hex, click and hold, find the right icon and then hope that lags will not port you 5 hexes away and cancel it :D.
If it works like skilldex does then it would solve this problem. I hit "T" like trade, then my crosshair will change and I just aim at other player like I'm using FA or something on him.
T - open trade mode with other players
H - hidden trade mode
F - follow someone
K - kick someone from party (this is really needed so the one who is leading can execute party commands even in city not only at worldmap)
Also commands for these would be nice. Like "/follow Sius". So maybe:
/follow X - if you are in the same location or sublocation you will automatically follow player X
/kick Z - if Z is following you, you can kick him even if you don't see him
/invite Y - popup window (like during trade) will show to Y asking if he wants to join your party
/tag RBG Sius - obvious or also "/tag colorVSB contourVSB Sius" etc
Game lacks some more interaction like this and it could help A LOT if party system gets some more work on it such as gui inside cities etc.

These ideas would make things more convenient, but the Wasteland is not Web 2.0.
Take notes, remember things, use radios.
