Title: Change the loading screen.

The game loading screens could be changed to something more "newer". I'm not gonna suggest which pictures, you have a tons of artwork and images related to fallout...

(complains about fa coldown btw >_<)

(FA is all about the skill you have- The higher your FA skill = Lower Cooldown & Higher Max HP healed)
